作  用 电镀镍之强整平剂
特  点 产品纯度高,分解产物少,在高电流密度区的整平性特佳。经过重结晶精制,产品纯度高达99.5%,几乎不含游离吡啶。
应用:在瓦特光亮镀镍中,PPS是制备光亮剂的起始材料,它是一种高效的光亮剂(次级光亮剂)和整平剂。由于纯度高,它不会将有害杂质或盐类带到槽液中,使用时间长,不会有延展问题。它通常和糖精,一种或几种乙炔类化合物以及润湿剂配合使用。这种工艺过程可使得镀镍层特别光亮、整平,延展性好。也适用于电解液处于不流动情况。
